Athmica Subbaiah is the Managing Director of Lawrence, Koramangala. An engineer by training, she also brings rich experience in business analysis and strategy. After spending time in the corporate world, she chose to step into school leadership, with the dream of creating an environment where children feel inspired, curious, and happy to learn. She believes that true education goes beyond classrooms— it is about building strengths and adaptability so that every child is ready for the modern world. With her fresh ideas and values-driven approach, Athmica continues Lawrence School’s proud legacy while leading it into the future.

With over 17 years of experience in education, Gayathri brings together strong academic credentials — an M.Com in Education Management and a B.Ed — with compassionate leadership. Her career has been marked by continuous learning, reflection, and a deep commitment to student growth. Having served in diverse teaching and leadership roles, she combines academic expertise with emotional intelligence to create a space where students feel inspired and supported. A strong advocate of holistic education, she values character as much as knowledge and resilience as much as results. Guided by a future-forward vision, Gayathri strives to empower every student to grow into a confident, curious, and compassionate individual, carrying forward the school’s proud legacy while preparing them for tomorrow.

With over three decades of dedicated service, she has nurtured and guided generations of students with patience, wisdom, and care.
